Hi Denis, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Our journey started in 2014. We always have passion for eyewear and Denis Wisse the owner of the company decided to start reselling Sunglasses. We had no experience and zero understanding of the business but on the country, we have a great passion for eyewear and Sunglasses

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been a lot of struggles throughout the way. The main struggle was to maintain financials because you’re trying to expose new business opportunities and sometimes you forget how to manage your finances. I believe this is the hardest part of learning when you lose.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Modablvck?
We are specializing in supplying Sunglasses and eyewear. We are working with luxury items, such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Prada, and so on. Our business model is always have been with the customer on the top of it. We always deliver the best customer service and we standby every client we have.

Our philosophy is that clients are the most important thing in our business

What matters most to you?
I think the most important part that matters to us is customer experience. We truly believe that a customer experience have to be so good that they come back. Throughout the years we’ve been on the market. We managed to accomplish this and we have pretty high returning rate.
